Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

All pictures we have taken from our products sample and supplier provided picture. We will provide products from our store which we have available on that time. Brand name, product name and size will be same. 

Where can I view my sales receipt?

You will be received it by email once you have confirm the order and paid on time.

How can I return an item?

If you received wrong products, you can return unopened pack to DesiLivs/DesiGross store and take the same products that you have ordered. If the product is not available, you will get back the product same amount of money. 

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Based on the customer demand and supplier products availability, we will re-store the same products. You can send products requirements by contact form

Where can I ship my order?

You can see it when you select the order shipment option. In general we delivery only to Malmö, Lund, Helsingborg city in our designed timeline. However, you can call us for express delivery.
